     COMPANY DRIVERS:

    • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for new company hires paid $100 per week for first 10 weeks of employment
    • Company drivers are eligible for an Availability Bonus which brings their weekly pay to $1,250 per week (gross) if available 6 days for dispatch and meet all terms of the Availability Bonus Addendum.
    • Drive a 2013 or newer International ProStar+ tractor w/APU, refrigerator, and upgraded seats/interior.
    • Drivers can expect one day off per week but no particular day is offered or guaranteed. A driver may get additional “pass through” home time opportunities depending on where they live
    • Higher pay per mile on shorter loads

    • Breakdown pay calculated after 24 hrs. at $15/hr. to maximum of $90 per day

    • Vacation pay and matching 401K after one year of employment. Vacation pay grandfathered from previous employer. Vacation pay is $500 per week. Drivers get one week of vacation after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 10 years. 401K – company matches 33% of employee contribution up to first 6% of annual salary
    • Paid transportation, meals, and hotel for orientation
    • $200 Walmart gift card provided upon successful completion of orientation
    • $1,500 Driver Referral Bonus with $500 paid after referred driver completes orientation and another $500 each after 30 & 60 days of continuous employment

     LEASE PURCHASE CONTRACTOR:

    • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for new lease purchase contractors paid $100 per week for first 10 weeks of contract.
    • Lease a 2013 or newer International ProStar+ tractor. No money down, no credit check required
    • Operators are eligible for a $1,250 weekly Availability Bonus subject to conditions noted in the “bonus addendum.”       Contractors are encouraged to obtain and read the bonus addendum for all details of the program.
    • Lease purchase contractors get (2) $750 bonus payments a year. We call it our Skip a Payment program.
    • Pay only $.999/gallon for fuel regardless of the pump price.       Some limitations apply. See below.
    • Full service maintenance plan covers all mechanical parts for one low per mile cost
    • Access to good major medical policy including medical, dental, vision and life plans
    • Practical mile pay. Higher pay for shorter loads. All state permits paid.
    • Stop pay 1st Stop $50, 2nd+ Stops $100 each.       Excludes first pickup and last delivery.
    • Average 2,350 – 2,750 miles per week. Expect one day at home per week and possibly additional “pass through” home time opportunities depending on where you live.       No particular day at home is guaranteed or offered.
    • Breakdown Protection Plan. After 24 hrs. we will offer a replacement unit to use without additional lease charges or if replacement is not available we will pay $30/hr. to maximum of $180 per day per additional 24 hr. period.
