Associate Membership are material and equipment suppliers of goods and services to the transportation industry. Manufacturers, Insurance Companies, Dealers/Suppliers/Distributors, and Truck/Trailer/Leasing Companies are appropriate for this classification. Associate members pay $500.00 annually.

Non-Domiciled Carriers are those whose corporate headquarters are located outside the state of Massachusetts. The dues are figured based on miles traveled in Massachusetts, please see attached computation form.

Dues Payment

Membership dues are due when you submit your membership application. Dues will be paid annually thereafter. The calendar year in which you will be billed will run January 1 through December 31. You will receive an invoice sixty days in advance of your renewal due date (January 1). After sixty days you will receive a reminder invoice and after ninety days you will be suspended from membership and any member benefits you are receiving.

If you join as a new member, dues are prorated as follows: 1/1 - 3/31 = 100%; 4/1-6/30 = 75%; 7/1-9/30 = 50%; after 10/1 = 100% (credited to the following year). This special new member incentive program is only available to companies who have not been a member for more than the previous full dues year.
