Average 91 cpm (Based on average length of haul) PLUS Fuel Surcharge

Additional Compensation:

• .02/CPM Bonus Paid on all hazmat loads.
• Fuel Surcharge: currently based on the D.O.E. average adjusted every Monday.
• Stop / Pickup: Amount Collected for the stop or pickup not to excede $55.00
• Tolls: EZ Pass Toll device for the states of MD, MA, NJ, NY, PA and WV for all bridge and road tolls. States of CT, NH, RI and VT paid with receipts.
• Loading / Unloading: $100 for Full Loading or unloading of trailer. $50 for providing assistance in loading or unloading of trailer.
• Detention Pay: 85% of amount billed shipper/consignee.
