Owner operators contracted to TCS provide linehaul, drayage and related services between TCS terminals and customer locations; usually within a 150-mile radius of the terminal.
TCS has terminal locations in the following cities:

- Bethlehem, PA
- Chicago, IL
- Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX
- Detroit, MI
- Fort Wayne, IN
- Harrisburg, PA
- Jacksonville, FL
- Kansas City, MO
- Laredo, TX
- Sandusky, OH
- St.Louis, MO
You should live within a 50-mile radius of one of the above terminal locations.
Because of the unique nature of our business, TCS owner operators can expect to return to their home terminal most nights and most weekends. Time away from home will vary depending upon the distance between your home and the terminal location.

The Systems Fleet at Triple Crown is comprised of a group of trucks that travel to terminal locations in the TCS system. These trucks provide short term power for the terminal location and operate within a 100 mile radius of that location.
Systems Fleet 1: This fleet is for owner operators that live close to a Triple Crown terminal location but do not want to be home on a nightly basis. We pay this fleet $1.00 all miles from leaving the "home base" TCS location to returning to the "home base" TCS terminal. In addition to the $1.00 per mile, we also pay $30 for each load delivered or picked up from a Triple Crown customer! This fleet also has all tolls paid in the Triple Crown locations for Chicago, Harrisburg, Bethlehem, Sandusky Ohio, and bridge tolls for Detroit!
System Fleet 2: This fleet is for Owner Operators that live in the Midwest or possibly in the Tri-State area of a Triple Crown location. This fleet is compensated the same as the System 1 fleet but is dispatched for home time every 2 weeks. Call us to see if you qualify.
System Fleet 3: This fleet is for Owner Operators that do not reside close to a Triple Crown location at all. For example if you are from Mississipi and still would like to haul for Triple Crown we have the following to offer you! The compensation is the same as Systems Fleet 1 with the added bonus of 50cpm from Your Home to the closest Triple Crown base terminal!
