Our training pay is now

• Weeks 1 and 2 paid $350/wk
• Weeks 3 and 4 $400/wk
• Weeks 5 and 6 $500/wk

We have revised our training program and now pay our Mentors 1cpm for all miles their student drives (up to 12,000 miles per month) for 1 full year after they get their own truck.

We are adding Volvo's to our fleet and have purchased 1000 New Kenworths for our Lease Purchase program.

You will always have a late-model truck to drive to do your job. 90% of our fleet is less than 3 years old. Our fleet is made up primarily of Freightliner Conventional Tractors that have am/fm cassette players, cruise control, On-board satellite communications, air ride seats, tractors and trailers. We trade our equipment in for new every 450,000 to 500,000 miles or approximately 3 years so our fleet is always up-to-date.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• NO DWI, DUI convictions within the last five years " No reckless driving convictions within the last three years.
• No more than one moving violation within the last year and no more than three within the last three years.
• No major preventable accidents within the past twelve months or more than two in the past five years.
• No more than one driver's license suspension in the past three years. Applicant must provide a current 5 year DMV printout.
• Commercial drivers must list all driving experience employment for past 10 years.
• Non-commercial individuals must list all employment up to the last 5 years. Application must accurately reflect all periods of employment, self-employment, training, military service & periods of unemployment.
• Applicant must meet or exceed all minimum job description requirements.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to read, speak and write the English language, in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Must present a clean, well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Applicant must pass the Workwell Physical assessment, a DOT physical and DOT controlled substance and alcohol testing.
• A conviction form must be filled out for all misdemeanor or felony convictions.
• *A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment.

Requirements for Employment:

• Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) with haz-mat endorsement. Drivers living west of the
• Mississippi River are required to have the doubles/triples endorsement as well.
• Pass a Swift written test and a Swift road test. Effective November 3, 2003. subject to change without notice.

Terminal Network:

Drivers can be based at any of 37 full-service Company terminals, your home away from home. Terminals are your source for fuel, maintenance and repair service. Fuel lane personnel are trained to assist drivers with safety and maintenance checks.
