Additional Requirements:

1. Have a class A CDL, Haz-Mat endorsement optional. Have at least 8 months OTR experience.
2. Be at least 23 years old
3. Meet or exceed all other federal, state, insurance, and company policies, rules, or regulations for qualification.
4. We hire OTR, Regional, and Dedicated only.
5. Must have never refused of failed a drug/alcohol screen.
6. No misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
7. Must have been employed somewhere in the last 6 months.
8. Have a pet and rider policy.
9. Must be willing to do OTR.

Benefits:

At Southern Refrigerated Transport, we know that our drivers are the heart of our company and without them there would be no SRT. The number one priority for our drivers is to drive, not to load and unload 6 or 7 times per week. If the truck isn't rolling, you can't make money, and if you aren't making money, neither is the company. That is why our dispatchers schedule your trips so that your average length of haul is 1200 miles, and load you with freight that is 99% no touch.

Owner Operators earn up to $1.00 per mile. Including mileage bonus.

BONUSES:

* We also offer a driver referral bonus that can earn you $500 for every qualified driver you recruit for SRT.

* Driver Appreciation Pay - .03 CPM

Family time is valued at SRT, and we feel we have a great home time plan:

• 2 weeks out = 2 days home time
• 3 weeks out = 4 days home time
• 4 weeks out = 5 days home time
• 5 weeks out = 6 days home time
• 6 weeks out = 7 days home time

SRT also offers a passenger program where, after certain criteria are met, your family members are welcomed to go on the truck with you. With our one week paid vacation, you can spend even more time at home, and not worry about paying next months bills.
