Holiday Pay

* $50.00 per Holiday
* Holidays Include:
o New Year's Day
o Memorial Day
o Independence Day
o Labor Day
o Thanksgiving Day
o Christmas Day
* Drivers must be available for dispatch the day before, and the day after, the holiday to be eligible

Vacation Pay

* After 1 full year of service, $300.00 per driver
* Annual increase of $50.00 per year up to $600.00 per driver per year
* Vacation will be paid as a lump sum at the end of each year of service
* Drivers must be employed when payment is made

Health Insurance

* Blue Cross / Blue Shield
* $18 per week - Single
* $76 per week - Single + 1
* $98 per week - Family
* Active the first day of the month after 30 days of employment
* Dental and Vision coverage are also available

Incentive Pay

* Paid per quarter (13 weeks)
* Miles over 52,000 will be paid at $0.10 per mile to team
401k Available

Rider policy / Passenger Program

* Includes spouse, parents, and children 10 years old and up.
