Job Overview
48 Consecutive hours at home weekly!
Everyone at Sisbro is looking forward to hearing from you so that we can explain the many benefits and advantages that our company has to offer. We believe our approach and long-term commitment to attracting and retaining drivers, sets us apart from other trucking companies.
Since we are a mid-west based regional carrier we have an old-fashioned, mid-west value system that many companies no longer follow. At Sisbro family is important. That's why we will get you home on the weekend. If the traditional weekend of Saturday and Sunday conflicts with your own personal time, and you prefer days off during the work week for your "weekend", Sisbro has the flexibility to meet those needs also.
Our concern does not end with your home time needs, but also covers your health needs. Our insurance plan premiums are funded 100% by the company regardless if you are single or have dependents.
The mileage and hourly pay we offer provides you the opportunity to make a great living in the profession. Our vacation and holiday pay allows you to spend time at home; doing the things you desire and not miss a paycheck.
Your assigned fleet manger will keep you busy year round. An open door policy to management
will give you the opportunity to discuss any problems or concerns you may have at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do you mean by weekends at home?
We understand that each driver has different weekend needs. During our orientation we ask what time you want to begin and end your work week. Our operations people will plan your dispatch to meet your needs.
How do I get time off?
You get time off simply by filling out a Sisbro time-off form that states the time you want off. All we ask for, is a two-week notice.
You mean you will get me home when I need to?
Yes we will. We have many drivers who have special needs, desires and appointments. When you turn in the Sisbro time-off form, we will get you home.
Do I have to pay for my health insurance?
No. The premium is 100% paid for by the company regardless of single or family coverage.
How does the pay system work?
Our mileage pay is based on Rand McNally book miles. The rate of pay is based on experience. The hourly pay applies to loading and unloading.
When does the holiday and vacation pay start?
Holiday is paid after thirty days. The amount is a prorated average of the total days you have worked. You are eligible for one week of vacation after the first year and two weeks after the second year. The amount is a prorated average of your earnings for the entire year.
How many dispatchers will I talk to?
You will be assigned one fleet manager. It is the fleet manager's responsibility to take care of all your needs. Our fleet managers are former drivers giving them a better understanding of what it is like on the road.
What if I have a problem that I can't resolve with my fleet manager?
At Sisbro you have access to the terminal manager who will personally work through any situation that you may have. Retention of our drivers is a top priority and it is not something we take lightly. We will make the time, when you need to speak to us.
I like what Sisbro has to offer, but I've heard it all before. What really makes Sisbro different than the other companies I have worked for?
The one thing that we do that makes us different is that we care. Our employees are important to us. We understand the need to balance your work life with your personal life. Each person in our company is unique and with that comes unique needs. Meeting the needs of our employees is as important to us as meeting the needs of our customers. Our focused, upbeat approach to the challenges we face each day can only be met through a solid working relationship with our employees. This is the difference that you will find at Sisbro.
If you are looking to make a change from your current company, we have what you are looking for. It only takes a phone call or a visit to find out what we are all about.
