We are increasing our fleet, as well as expanding our applicant
base! If you are a recent CDL School graduate or have at least 1-2
months OTR driving experience, give us a call at 877-462-3528.
With 1-2 Months OTR experience OR with 1-year of
Class A Local driving, we can start you at 34 cpm. Recent student
graduates can start at 32 cpm. If you have more than the required
experience, you can earn up to 41 cpm. You will receive raises when
you achieve certain levels with “Melton Miles”- up to 47cpm.
No Flatbed experience is required to join the Melton
Community. We will train during your paid orientation. We
are excited for your future driving career, and have you be a part
