Over the Road Driver home three weekends out of four weekends a month.

• Rate of Pay .36 per mile
• Safety Bonus .01 per mile paid quarterly

Regional drivers: approximately 550 mile radius of Decatur, Illinois, home every weekend.

• Rate of Pay .32 per mile
• Safety Bonus .01 per mile paid quarterly
• Delay Pay $10.00 per hour / after two hours with proper verification
• Layover pay $75.00 per 24 paid
• Insurance Blue Cross, Blue Shield available after 90 days

Driver Qualifications for company and owner operators

• 6 months verifiable over the road experience
• 23 years of age
• preventable accidents upon review
• No more than 4 jobs in 3 years
• No DWI / DUI or Felony convictions within the past five years
• No more than 2 accidents in the past 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations
• No excessive speeding of 15 mph or more over the posted limits within the past 3 years
• No convictions for reckless driving, erratic lane change, or following too close within the past three years.
• No convictions for driving with a canceled, revoked or suspended license within the past three years for moving violations.

Company Driver Info:

• Over the Road drivers are home most weekends

Owner Operator Info:

• base pay $1.02 per mile, on all dispatched mls (loaded or empty).

• we pay for lumpers and cat scale tickets.
• we pay detention
• we pay layover
• no haz-mat
• no canada
• quall-com is available for $10.00 per week.
• operator is responsible for:
  1.physical damage/liablity, bobtail, and work comp ins.
  2.fuel taxes
  3.heavy highway use tax
  4.all repairs on the road or in house.
• truck must be 2002 or newer
• no escow accout required.
