Owner Operator Information:

TRACTOR

To be a Lease Operator For McGriff Transportation we require:

• Unit must pass both D.O.T and Company inspections.
• Unit must have three axles, sleeper cab.
• Dry weight should be no more than 18,000 lbs.
• Unit less than 8 years old

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Stamped copy of 2290 Schedule 1
• Bill of sale
• Front & back copy of title (if title is not in your name, we need a copy of the title application) and a current dated tractor weight ticket.

DRIVER

• Must be 23 years of age
• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable over-the-road, multi-state experience
• Must pass all D.O.T. and McGriff requirements.
• CDL "Class A" with HazMat
• Acceptable MVR.
• Must Pass D.O.T. Physical / Drug Test.

PROOF OF INSURANCE

• Physical Damage.
• Bobtail Liability ($1,000,000).
• Worker's Comp. or Occupational Accident Insurance.
