Flatbeders Wanted! Owner Operators as well as Company Drivers.

Owner Operators:

• 90 cents Domestic and 94 cents International loaded 84(plus FSC)empty
• Paid all practical miles + fuel surcharge(reviewed bi-weekly and revised as fuel increases or decreases)
• 1,800.00 per year
• $25-$50(first pick and drop free) drop pay
• Lumper paid (when preauthorized by Supervisor)
• $50.00 loaded/$25.00 Empty for Boarder Crossing(company paid transponder)
• City P&D/Labor $30.00 per hour when authorized by Supervisor(max radius 100 miles from terminal)
• All tolls & permits paid
• Base plate program 900.00 per year paid by Owner Operator
• Detention pay$25.00 per hour after 2 hours(paid when company gets paid)
• Layover pay $200.00 after 48 hours(only if delivered on time by the company set delivery appointments, other than weekends)
• Insurance available at Owner Operator's cost

Company Drivers

• 34 cpm domestic and 38 cpm international starting pay loaded or empty(2 cpm saftey bonus paid on all miles after meeting saftey standards)
• Extra Stop Pay $25.00(first pick and drop free)
• Crated & Rolling Stock $30.00 per drop
• Set Up & Take Down Ramps $37.50 per Occurrence
• Border Crossing $35.00 Loaded/ $20.00 empty
• Lumper paid or additional $50.00(when preauthorized by Supervisor)
• City P&D/ Labor $15.00 per hour(when authorized by Supervisor)
• Detention $15.00 per hour after 2 hours(paid when company gets paid)
• Layover $100.00 after 48 hours(only if delivered on time by the company set delivery appointments, other than weekends)
• Referral $1,000.00 per hired driver as per company handbook
• Healthcare Insurance 50% of the employee's medical preminums are paid by the Company
• Life Insurance 100% paid by company
• Vacation 1for 1/2 for 2/3 for 5 years (percentage of yearly earnings)
