Our company OTR drivers have 7-14 days out with primary routes from the Midwest to the Northeast, and South to the Carolinas.

DRIVER PAY
Experience needed - 12 months verifiable OTR including east
coast.
• Less than 18 months of experience must be approved with
Safety.

30,000 miles in a quarter;

• $30 for extra stops & drops (excluding first & last)
• $50 Boroughs pay in New York City
DRIVER BENEFITS

DRIVER REFERRAL PROGRAM
Refer drivers to our company and receive:
• $1,500 for each referral
• $750 payable upon completion of new driver orientation
• $750 payable when referred driver has completed 90 days
• Paid by PC Miler PRACTICAL MILES
• Longevity bonus: $.01 per mile increase, per year, up to
$.40/mile

OWNER OPERATORS:
As a Bay & Bay independent contractor, you’ll get the support you need to build a successful business.
• Paid by PC Miler PRACTICAL MILES
• Authorized dispatched empty miles:
Paid same as loaded miles
• $30 for extra stops and drops (excluding first & last)
• $50 for layover after 24 hours from time of delivery (dispatch
approved)
• $32 per hour for local cartage
• 100% approved tolls paid
• Bobtail and Physical Damage insurance available
