Flatbed starting pay is 39-40 cpm. Flatbed top-out is 42.5
cpm.
Family Coverage (medical, dental vision and RX) = $47 weekly
(effective 1/1/13)
Individual coverage, same as above, = $19 weekly (effective
1/1/13)
