December has finally arrived meaning 2005 is coming to an end. There are sure to be many company announcements as trucking companies prepare to hit the driver recruiting trail in full force for 2006. Although their recruiting will greatly pickup in January, their efforts will begin much sooner. Many trucking companies are sure to announce pay increases, sign on bonuses, referral bonuses and much, much more. Driver demand is as high as ever so companies will be doing extra this season to make themselves appear as attractrive as they can for you, their potential driver.
