Virtual Home for the Professional Truck Driver on the job

Many Drivers spend most of their time driving and not at their home. This causes a problem with Bills, legal Documents, and other time sensitive mailings as they can not respond in a timely fashion. Many Drivers arrive home to find that a bill is overdue or they have not responded to a court summons in time with often-dire consequences.

We would like to announce a new service for Drivers that offers an inexpensive and easy to use solution to the above. The new service is called Virtual Home, and will allow those not at home an easy to use substitute. This gives a Driver an alternative. They can use our resources as an extension of their home, where someone can receive and sift through any mail, notify them of something important, and forward it to a location of their choosing. Because a physical address rather than a P.O. Box is used for this service, virtually anything can be sent to us that could be sent to the Drivers actual residence. The following is a listing of some of the services Virtual Home (VH) provides.

1. Address Available for Mail (Mail Drop)
VH provides a physical street address for their members. Items can be forwarded on your regular schedule unless otherwise notified

  • VIRTUAL HOME (VH) to sign for Certified mail
  • Accept and forward Certified Mail
  • Accept and forward legal documents from Courts, States, Cities, etc.
  • Accept and forward regular mail
  • Accept and forward magazine/book subscriptions
  • Accept and forward catalogues
  • Accept and forward packages (US Mail & UPS)

2. Monthly (ReMail) Delivery of Mail to VH Member
Mail Forwarding for Members. VIRTUAL HOME (VH) offers a complete personal mailbox rental and mail forwarding service. Our mail service is customized to fit your personal needs. Bi-monthly mail forwarding. Monthly mail forwarding. Call our toll free number or e-mail us no later than 5:00 p.m. CST the day before your next mailing with mail forwarding updates or changes.

3. ADA Members Notified of Mail From Court
The following additional Services are offered to Members in Good Standing of American Drivers Association unless otherwise notified.

  • ADA Members Notified of Mail From Court
  • VH to open Court Mail when requested for ADA Members.
