Jim Palmer Trucking Increases Pay In 2005

Effective January 1, 2005 all company drivers will receive a .01 cpm raise regardless of their hire date.  Starting pay for all new JPT drivers hired after January 1, 2005 will be as follows: .30 cpm for 1-2 years of experience, .31 cpm for 2-3 years of experience, .32 cpm for 3-4 years of experience, .33 cpm for 4-7 years of experience and  .34 cpm for 7+ years of experience.  All current senior JPT drivers with 10+ years of experience will automatically be increased to .40 cpm with the maximum cap for all drivers increasing to .42 cpm.

In addition to the mileage pay increases, all company drivers will receive a $1,500 longevity bonus on each anniversary hire date.  Plus, upon the successful completion of an annual review, all drivers will receive an additional .01 cpm pay raise on each anniversary hire date.  All Jim Palmer Trucking drivers also have the opportunity to receive $2,000 for referrals.  One more way to make great money!  Upon the new drivers first dispatch, the person who referred him/her will receive $1,000, then $500 at 90 days and $500 at 180 days as long as both drivers are still employed by JPT.  There is no limit to the amount of money drivers can receive for their recruiting efforts!
