In October, 2003, John Christner Trucking, Inc. presented the following drivers with Safety Incentive Bonuses: John Folsom, Zactoria Ferguson, Glen Hardgrave, Danny Kiser, Quanah Medcalf, Brian Golden, Stephanie Lambert, Walter Seigentha, Stephen Winfield, Tereasa Bruton, John Combs, John Lemme, Christopher Mathewson, Byron Beal, William Johnstone, Gerald Brown, Ted Bivens, David Best, Darrell Erwin and Glenn Grutze.
The Safety Incentive Bonus Program has been in place since 1994. Drivers are honored who meet the criteria set out in the carrier’s safety program – no preventable accidents, no preventable injuries, no out-of-service log violations, no major moving violations and compliance with a three-step program for log violations.
Headquartered in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, JCT is a leading source in temperature-controlled freight. JCT currently operates 600 plus company owned and owner operator units and has steadily increased its independent contractor/lease purchase programs to over half its fleet since its inception in 2000.
