Bibby Transportation Finance Announces Zero Transfer Fees

Nashville, TN - November 6, 2006 - In 2007, the Bibby Line Group is celebrating its 200th anniversary and bicentenary of serving industry. In recognition of this momentous milestone, Bibby Transportation Finance is announcing the launch of its Zero Transfer Fee program as part of its freight bill factoring service.

Any new client funded by December 31, 2006 will pay ZERO fees on the receivables transferred from their existing factor. It's EASY to register for this program. The trucking company simply receives and returns a signed factoring facility proposal by December 15, 2006.

Eric Hunter, chief executive officer of Bibby Transportation Finance, Inc., said, "When we launched Bibby Transportation Finance earlier this year as a dedicated trucking factor we stated that we would be looking for ways to make it easy for our clients to do business with us. Our Zero Transfer Fee program enables trucking companies to gain the benefit of our broad range of services and enjoy competitive rates without the impact of additional transfer fees."

Trevor Patching, chief executive officer of the Bibby Financial Services group of companies in North America said, "This is the first of a series of initiatives we are undertaking to celebrate the Bibby Line Group bicentenary and show that after 200 years of being in business we are still as innovative and client focused as when we were founded in 1807. We are continually striving to ensure that our comprehensive product range, tailored to trucking businesses, will be used by more clients by making it easy to change up to a Bibby Transportation Finance facility."

The Bibby Financial Services Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bibby Line Group and has invested in a global network of 24 autonomous operating companies in the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.
