Total Logistic Control Announces New Pay and Benefit Package

Total Logistic Control (TLC) announces a new pay and benefits package effective November 6, 2005. The pay package will equate to a .02 cpm pay increase for long haul drivers. Over the road drivers with just six months to one-year experience can earn .30 cpm to start. Drivers with two years experience start at .32 cpm and those with over ten years experience start at .34 cpm. Cap pay will increase to .37 cpm. Drivers meeting TLC’s Elite Driver requirements are given an extra .01 cpm on starting pay. The new package also includes improved benefits including premium healthcare coverage at a low cost to drivers.

TLC pays all drivers based on PC Miler practical miles. The company is committed to offering drivers competitive pay and benefits that allow them to succeed and provide for their families. The new pay and benefit package is part of the company’s efforts to do just that. TLC offers late model equipment, excellent home time, six paid holidays and a passenger program to drivers 23 years and older.
