WMG, Inc. Introduces TransStaff & Tony Roe
Williams Media Group, Inc. (WMG, Inc.) is introducing a new permanent staffing agency that will serve the trucking industry in all facets of personnel placement. This new business venture, TransStaff, serves as an agent for trucking professionals at all levels looking for new job opportunities.
“WMG was receiving multiple requests weekly for help with personnel issues mainly from Recruiting Directors looking for supplemental assistance in their Driver Recruiting efforts,” said Darin Williams, President of WMG, Inc. “We listened and from several in-depth conversations with different high profile carriers, TransStaff was born.”
TransStaff will serve the industry through direct permanent placement of personnel and emphasize services unique to Recruiting Departments by being an integral part of the hiring process and not simply another “third-party recruiter.”
“With input from several different carriers, we went to work on designing a program that can be an active part of the Recruiting process from start to finish,” said Williams.
Tony Roe has been hired as the Vice President of Recruiting for TransStaff. He will start in his new position on November 7th.
“The opportunity to put Tony Roe in place as the individual in charge of this new venture was really the driving force behind the decision to move forward with it,” said Williams. “In my opinion, Tony is definitely among the elite in the Driver Recruiting field.”
Tony has over ten years experience in Driver Recruiting, serving the last six as Recruiting Manager for West Side Transport of Cedar Rapids, IA.
