DECKER ANNOUNCES DRIVERS OF THE MONTH FOR JULY 2007

Fort Dodge, Iowa – Decker Truck Line, Inc. is pleased to announce that Charles Zimmerman was selected as the July 2007 Driver of the Month for the Flatbed division. Charles and his wife Paula reside in Wichita, Kan., and have one child, Cryseis. Charles has been with Decker for five years, and when he is not hard at work driving, he enjoys working around the house and fishing. Jerry Chapman, Charles’ dispatcher, said Charles is a very hard worker and does an excellent job. Congratulations Charles, keep up the good work!

Selected as Driver of the Month for the Reefer/Van division was Joe Holmberg. Joe and his wife Mary reside in Eagle Grove, Iowa. Joe has been with Decker for seven years, and loves spending his spare time with his children and grandchildren, as well as traveling with his wife. Erin Farnsworth, Joe’s dispatcher, said Joe is wonderful to work with because of his hard work and effort. Congratulations Joe, keep up the good work!

Drivers and owner-operators are nominated each month by their dispatcher, and are selected based on their overall performance within all areas of the company, including: operational productivity, safety record, maintenance/care of equipment (including idle time), payroll, billing and customer service. All drivers and owner-operators selected for driver of the month during 2007 are eligible for the honor of 2007 Driver/Owner-Operator of the Year.
