Chattanooga, TN – Beginning November 1, 2004, U.S. Xpress will be paying out the highest team rates in the industry! Gary Kelley, Vice President of Driver Recruiting said, “We are taking team compensation to the next level. This includes higher base rates and higher quarterly bonuses, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus! We are excited about the implementation of this new team pay package because we believe it will meet the changing needs of the marketplace and, most importantly, meet the need to retain and attract experienced team drivers.”
