Magnum Logistics Among The Nation’s Fastest-Growing Companies
Indianapolis, Indiana — September 25, 2006 — For the second year in a row, Magnum Logistics has appeared on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 list as one of the nation’s 500 fastest-growing private companies. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Magnum Logistics provides on-site transportation management, dedicated carriage, warehousing, benchmarking and many other supply-chain management services to manufacturers and distributors.
This year, Magnum Logistics ranked 339 on the list, up from their 2005 ranking of 398. In just three years, Magnum Logistics has experienced 400.3% growth. The company now employs 90 people, and brings in over $45 million in revenue each year.
Founder James Sharp believes the company’s success is largely due to their emphasis on providing customers the best value for their transportation dollar. “As shipping costs rise, Magnum helps clients manage their expenses by working with smaller trucking companies.
