CTL Announces Winner of the October 2006 Bull Dog Award

Mulberry, Fla. — CTL Distribution Inc. is pleased to announce that Charles Henry of Florida is the winner of the October 2006 Bull Dog Award. Charles is a professional tank truck driver who has been with CTL since October of 1995. He is part of the CTL driving team at the Mulberry Terminal in Florida.

The CTL Bull Dog program was developed to recognize those CTL coworkers who display character, integrity and of course, professionalism. It isn’t one specific achievement or single event that made Charles a CTL Bull Dog, but a combination of the many characteristics and talents he showcases each day.

Charles is loyal, dedicated and possesses invaluable knowledge of his profession. “When a customer calls with a crazy request, the first thing everyone in the Mulberry terminal thinks is, ‘Charles can do it!’ and, inevitably, he can,” said Scott Taylor, General Manager of the Phosphate Division. As a professional, Charles is also one of the safest drivers on the road today. Scott went on to say that, “Charles has the respect of the CTL Safety Department and is often asked to help train his driver peers.”

While Charles is a safe driver and a respected professional, maybe one of his most admirable characteristics is his positive attitude. “For 11 years, Charles has shown up every day with a smile on his face, ready to take on the most difficult challenges CTL and its customers can throw at him!” Scott said.

Charles is one of the most appreciated, respected and safe professionals at CTL. CTL extends thanks to Charles for his professionalism and believes he has helped make CTL a better place to work.

CTL Distribution Celebrates Don Mock’s 15 Years of Excellence and Efficiency

Mulberry, FL — CTL Distribution congratulates Don Mock as he reaches a personal milestone with CTL. On September 16, 2006, Don will have worked with CTL for fifteen years.

Don’s passion for excellence and efficiency has characterized his past 15 years at CTL. As the manager of the Savannah, Ga., Terminal, he has built one of CTL’s most efficient operations.

In recognition of Don reaching this milestone, CTL president Ken Bauer traveled to Savannah to personally present Don a painting with a leadership theme. This painting, which CTL personalized for Don, depicts a pack of wolves looking to the leader for direction. Of Don’s service with CTL, Ken said, “The Savannah Terminal as well as CTL have greatly benefited from Don’s leadership and his pursuit of excellence during his 15 years of service. On behalf of CTL and Don’s many coworkers, we simply want to say ‘thank you’ for his dedication and hard work over the last 15 years.”
