Barr-Nunn Raises Pay Cap for Owner Operators.

Granger IA- August 13, 2007 - Barr-Nunn Transportation continues to be a leader in the transportation industry. They offer outstanding pay packages and programs to keep Owner Operators and Company Drivers happy and loyal.

Barr-Nunn once again has raised pay for their Owner Operators. Effective 8/18/08 Barr-Nunn's Owner Operator's will have the ability to earn more per mile up to a base pay rate of $1.01 per practical mile depending on what fleet they drive in.

"We are committed to our Owner Operators and their success here at Barr-Nunn. We will continue to find ways for them to earn more money. We value our business partners and this is just another way we prove it" stated Jeff Blank, Director of Recruiting.

This pay cap change comes shortly after 2 other pay increases, the last being a 5 cents per mile raise for those Owners running in Barr-Nunn's Northeast Regional Division.
