ACS Signs Expanded Contract with Werner Enterprises

DALLAS, TEXAS: August 21, 2007 –Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded an expanded contract with Werner Enterprises of Omaha, Nebraska. Under the new contract, Werner will implement TripPak ONLINE® Scanning Service, the centralized scanning and integrated document processing services operated by ACS.

Under the new agreement, ACS will also provide fully integrated document processing, as well as export images and data files to Werner’s systems. The company will also provide settlement data to enable Werner to automate much of their driver reimbursable processing.
