In the August 8, Federal Register, TSA issued a notice inviting applications for the Highway Watch Program
SANDBERG SWORN IN AS NEW FMCSA ADMINISTRATOR
Annette Sandberg was officially sworn in as the new administrator of the U.S. DOT's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) on August 5.

Three of the five rulemaking initiatives that were part of the DOT lawsuit have been reviewed by OMB and sent back to the FMCSA for publication in the Register.
