Decker Truck Line Announces Drivers of the Month for July 2006

Fort Dodge, Iowa – August 9, 2006 — Decker Truck Line, Inc. is pleased to announce that Gary Moneypenny was selected as the July 2006 Driver of the Month for the Flatbed division. Gary lives in Overton, Texas, with his wife, Lisa. He is a company driver who has been with Decker since March of 2002.

Selected as Driver of the Month for the Reefer/Van division was Jerry Staton. Jerry resides in Sac City, Iowa, with his wife, Cathy. He has been with Decker since August of 1985. Jerry is a member of Decker’s Million Mile Team, accumulating over two million miles without a preventable accident.

Drivers and owner-operators are nominated each month by their dispatcher, and are selected based on their overall performance within all areas of the company; including operational productivity, safety record, maintenance/care of equipment (including idle time), payroll and billing, and customer service. All drivers and owner-operators who are selected as a Driver of the Month will be eligible to be chosen as Driver/Owner-Operator of the Year.
