Prior to that he served as Director of Driver Recruiting for Stan Koch& Sons Trucking in Minneapolis and as Driver Training Administrator with U.S. Xpress in Chattanooga, Tn. He has also served as operations manager, terminal manager, and sales manager in the industry.
