Roads West Lights It Up With Pay Increase Beginning July 1
Roads West will light things up beginning July 1 with company driver pay increases of up to .04 cpm. Company driver pay will now start at up to .39 cpm for solos and .37 cpm for teams. This pay increase represents an 8% increase over Roads West’s previous pay scale.
Roads West will celebrate the pay increase by hosting a
company-wide cookout at their headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. Drivers
can also check out the brand new GM Colorado pickup truck that will
be given away soon as part of the company’s most recent
referral program.
Roads West, based out of Phoenix, Arizona, focuses on short to
medium haul markets in the western United States. The company makes
every effort to give drivers the opportunity to get home between
every 8-10 days. The company will employ experienced drivers who
are at least 23 years old who have a minimum of one year of
over-the-road experience, a CDL and current DOT physical.
