The new Driver Mentor Program offers three levels to allow for growth and increased profitability. In addition, Driver Mentors also accrue the added miles with the students onboard. Level Two Driver Mentors earn 1¢ per mile from their finished studentss first full years, another 1¢ per mile for every mile driven with the students on the truck ,and the added miles driven with the students. Level Three (also referred to as Senior) Driver Mentors are awarded 1¢ per mile from finished students’ first full years, receive the extra miles, and earn 2¢ for all miles run with the students on the truck.
For all levels of the program, Driver Mentors are paid up to 12,000 miles for the solo driver and team split for team drivers. Mentors earn approx 35% more wages than the regular fleet.
