BARR-NUNN INCREASES OWNER OPERATOR PAY

GRANGER, IA – Barr-Nunn President and C.E.O. Bob Sturgeon recently announced a pay increase for the carrier’s Owner Operators effective immediately. The new plan boosts the base pay to $0.87 for all miles.

Barr-Nunn has always recognized and respected the role of Owner Operators in our fleet, and this was a way to not only thank our current Operator fleet, but to get others to take a look at the advantages we have over their current situation, as well,” said Barr-Nunn Recruiting Manager Doug Albrecht.

The new pay package accompanies an announcement earlier this year that offers Barr-Nunn Owner Operators a 25-point Business Forward Program that allows them to take advantage of a business partnership arrangement that assists them with business planning, and ensuring success on the road.
