Arnold transportation & Specialty Risk Insurance Announce The Ultimate Road Trip Tour
Professional owner operators wanted. This statement can be seen in newspapers, magazines, and internet advertisements across the county. It seems these days that owner operators are struggling to survive as business owners. Arnold transportation and their sponsors devised a way to face this issue head on. The Ultimate Road Trip was designed to help educate independent contractors on ways to effectively manage their own business, market themselves more professionally and educate company drivers who are toying with the idea of leasing or buying a truck of their own.
Owner operators are encouraged to visit the Walcott Truckers Jamboree in Walcott, IA on July 8th and 9th for the first appearance of the Ultimate Roadtrip tour truck. The tour will also make stops at Travel Centers of America across the country and various truck shows over the next three months. Anyone interested is invited to come hear educational seminars where the following topics will be discussed; managing money, developing a business plan, finding a good tax service, buying or financing equipment, maintaining equipment, choosing the right company based on wants and needs, properly reviewing a lease, medical insurance, saving money, planning for retirement, and dressing for success.
