CTL Welcomes New Driver Recruiter Brian Needham
Mulberry, FL — CTL Distribution Inc. is pleased to welcome Brian Needham to their team as a Driver Recruiter at the St. Gabriel, LA, Terminal. Brian’s recruiting territory will include the Memphis, Sterlington, St. Gabriel, Mobile, Houston, and Freeport Terminals.
While Brian brings a proven background in customer service and sales to CTL, his strongest leadership quality may be his effective communication skills. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science from Belhaven College in Jackson, MS, and has worked in the Education field as an Educator and Coach. His most recent position was as a school director of a driving academy in the Baton Rouge area. He was responsible for the overall performance of the driving campus and handled all student issues such as attendance, financial aid and career placement for graduating drivers.
As Brian joins CTL, his focus will be to assist each terminal management team to achieve their specific driver capacity objectives. Among Brian’s most critical functions: he will travel to each terminal to promote referral programs, work with employment centers, participate in hiring events and build relationships with driving schools.
Through various experiences and relying on his developed background, Brian will prove to be a great addition to the CTL team. CTL gives Brian a warm welcome.
