GATS Announces New Registration and Housing System.
Great American Trucking Show offers one-stop housing and registration service Web-based system provided by Wyndham Jade
DALLAS (April XX, 2005) – Attendees and exhibitors of The 2005 Great American Trucking Show will find registering for the show and reserving accommodations is easier, and more convenient than ever thanks to a new web and phone-based system.
ONEsystem+, developed by Plano, Texas-based Wyndham Jade, simplifies the housing and registration process by giving attendees, organizers, associations and suppliers the ability to register and book hotel rooms from one website. GATS has partnered with Wyndham Jade to provide this service to all GATS attendees and exhibitors.
“As our attendees and exhibitors grew, we became aware of the need for a more powerful registration and housing system,” says Randy Schwartzenburg, GATS general manager. “This will allow all of our participants to register for the show and book rooms using the Internet, phone or fax.”
In 2004 GATS, the trucking industry’s second largest show, registered more than 42,000 individuals and hosted more than 420 exhibitors. For 2005, all truck manufacturers have committed as well as most trailer and component makers.
