C. Bean Purchases New Kenworths
“At C. Bean Transport, we believe the driver is the key to our success,” commented General Manager, Scott Russell. “Too often, companies make money and forget that the driver is the one who made them successful. At Bean, we don’t think that way. That is why we are investing in one hundred new T600 Kenworths for our drivers.”
Arkansas based C. Bean Transport, Inc. recently announced that they will take delivery on one hundred and seventy T600 Kenworth tractors with CAT motors by June 2004. “This will make the average age of our trucks about three years old,” continued Russell. “We are also purchasing 50 air-ride aluminum, spread axle trailers for our flatbed division.”
“We not only want our drivers to be safe and have well-maintained equipment,” explained Director of Safety and HR, James Fisher, “we want them to know how much we value them. This equipment purchase proves our loyalty lies with the driver.”
C. Bean Transport is a family owned transportation company that operates approximately three hundred tractors and has van, flatbed and flatbed owner operator divisions.
