The Midnight Trucking Radio Network Celebrates It’s 40th Anniversary

The Midnight Trucking Radio Network’s lobby booth was the premier “personality sighting” location during the Mid America Trucking Show, March 19-21, 2009 in Louisville Kentucky.

In celebrating MTRN’s 40th Birthday, Eric Harley, host of The Midnight Trucking Radio Network, was on hand to introduce show attendees to “The Grascals” From 1pm-3pm Thursday, The Grascals were signing autographs and talking to fans at the MTRN booth as they entered the show! 

In addition Arron Tippin signed autographs before his concert on Friday, Amanda Henkel and Cody McCarver signed autographs and performed acoustic sets on Friday and Saturday from 10a-Noon. The Chrome Shop Mafia crew was on hand Saturday before the Show opened for a ‘meet & greet’ and some fun give-a ways. 

While at the booth visiting these personalities, attendees registered for the DieselPower! Diesel Additive’s “Diesel or no Diesel Safecracker Game” for a chance to win $450,000 at 2pm on Friday, Debra Z. from Midlothian, IL attempted to “crack the code”. While she did not win the Grand Prize, she and her husband walked away with $500 in Walmart/Kmart gift cards and a Cobra Blue Tooth CB Radio.

Friday morning The Grascals joined Eric Harley & Gary McNamara for a Live Broadcast from the lobby of the Crowne Plaza Hotel next to the Fair Grounds.

Owned and operated by Citadel Broadcasting in conjunction with the Walt Disney Co., The Midnight Trucking Radio Network broadcasts their 5 hour programs LIVE nightly between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m. CST Monday – Sunday on FREE AM radio stations across the country.
