DECKER ANNOUNCES DRIVERS OF THE MONTH FOR MARCH 2007
Fort Dodge, Iowa - Decker Truck Line, Inc. is pleased to announce that JF Mayo was selected as the March 2007 Driver of the Month for the Flatbed division. JF has been with Decker Truck Line for five years now and resides in Hiawatha, KS. During the nomination process, JF’s dispatcher Jenny McQuinn said, “JF is always polite when he calls in, he is a hard worker and is always willing to help out”. Congratulations JF!
Selected as Driver of the Month for the Reefer/Van division was Dwight Elm. Dwight has been with Decker Truck Line for three years. He and his wife, Anna, reside in Coon Rapids, IA, where they enjoy taking care of their horses; Dwight also farms when he is not on the road. “Dwight does an excellent job, he is always willing to help out in any situation” says his dispatcher Marcia Goodale. Congratulations Dwight!
Drivers and owner-operators are nominated each month by their dispatcher, and are selected based on their overall performance within all areas of the company; including operational productivity, safety record, maintenance/care of equipment (including idle time), payroll and billing, and customer service. All drivers and owner-operators who are selected as a driver of the month for 2007 will also be eligible for 2007 Driver/Owner-Operator of the Year.
