Star Transportation recently implemented a new pay increase of .32 cpm for company drivers with one year of experience.  �Our goals at Star are to accommodate the needs of our drivers and reward experience.  We are very excited about the new pay plan and anticipate attracting safe, dependable drivers,� said Mike Salyers, Director of Driver Resources.
