Paschall Truck Lines Announces Company Driver and Owner-Operator of the Month

Paschall Truck Lines congratulates David Molesworth on being named Company Driver of the Month and Rudy Melendez on being named Owner-Operator of the Month.

Molesworth's professional driving career spans over 26 years and he's been with PTL for 14 of those years.  Over the course of his career, Molesworth has achieved 1,500,000 Safe Driving Awards and was awarded a KY Colonel Citation from the Governor of Kentucky. He was also named Driver of the Month in June 2002.  Molesworth was happy to receive the award and thanked God, his understanding wife, Marolyn and the staff at PTL, especially Greg Cunningham, Barry Thomas, and Dennis Burkeen.  “They are the best,” said Molesworth.

In his spare time, Molesworth enjoys home improvements and working in the yard.  Molesworth says every day is different in the life of a truck driver, but the thing he enjoys most is getting to see the country.

Paschall Truck Lines would also like to congratulate Rudy Melendez on being named Owner-Operator of the Month.  Melendez has been driving for PTL for five years and plans on driving for them for many years to come.  “ PTL is a good company to work for because they acknowledge the hard work that drivers do,” said Melendez.

In addition to owner-operator of the month, Melendez has also achieved 600,000 Safe Driving Miles with PTL.  He thanks his fleet managers, Stephanie Rutledge and Barry Holmgreen for all of their help and support.

Melendez says the best part of his professional driving career is meeting people and traveling across the United States.  In his spare time, Melendez enjoys spending time with his wife Nora and their two children, Alejandro and Armando.
