Covenant Transport Announces Largest Pay Increase In Company History
Covenant Transport will offer the largest pay increase in the history of the company beginning April 1, 2005. Experienced solo drivers can earn up to .48 cpm including a safety bonus. Solos average 750 miles per trip, so drivers will now be able to bring home even more money.
Experienced team drivers can split .56 cpm including a safety
bonus. Teams driving with Covenant run an average of 225,000 miles
per year. With this pay increase, team drivers have the opportunity
to make well over $125,000 per year.
This pay increase is just one more way Covenant Transport strives
to offer more options, more miles, and more money for their
drivers. No Hazmat is required for any driving opportunity.
Covenant also offers a Quick Pay payroll system to minimize hassles
for their drivers. Quick Pay solves any payroll problem by the end
of the next business day.
Covenant Transport is based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee and
specializes in just in time and other premium transportation
services. The company is currently seeking solos, teams and
