Covenant Transport will offer the largest pay increase in the history of the company beginning April 1, 2005. Experienced solo drivers can earn up to .48 cpm including a safety bonus. Solos average 750 miles per trip, so drivers will now be able to bring home even more money.

Experienced team drivers can split .56 cpm including a safety bonus. Teams driving with Covenant run an average of 225,000 miles per year. With this pay increase, team drivers have the opportunity to make well over $125,000 per year.
