In addition, new sign on bonuses for Owner Operator solo drivers of $1,000 and team drivers of $1,500; also including any new lease purchase Owner Operators. Barr-Nunn Owner Operators are averaging 98 cents per mile for all miles with new stop charge increases, in which Operators receive 70% along with paid detention after 2 hours.
