Magnum Announces a New Pay Package for Owner Operators
Indianapolis,
IN –– Beginning February 5, 2006,
Magnum will pay their owner operators $.89 a mile,
for all miles. They were previously paying $.87 for loaded miles
and $.80 for empty miles. All of their owner operators will benefit
from the raise and it clearly shows just how much Magnum cares for
their drivers.
In addition to the nearly 10% pay raise, Magnum also has one of the
best fuel programs with $1.289 per gallon for fuel at company fuel
locations. Magnum also offers assistance to drivers on the cost of
the weekly Qualcomm satellite charges. Drivers who have less than
one year with Magnum will pay $15 per week for the satellite usage.
Drivers with 1 year to 5 years of experience with Magnum will pay
$10 per week and drivers with 5 years or more of experience with
Magnum will not pay anything for the satellite usage.
