Melton Truck Lines, Inc. Revamps Contractor Services

Melton Truck Lines, Inc. is please to announce
a revitalization of their Contractor Services Program. Over the
past two years, Melton has been leading the way with its Lease
Program and growing fleet of Independent Contractors. To promote
this program, Melton has put together a group that is dedicated to
the growth and further success of Melton contractors and lease
drivers.
Lisa Mason is heading the group along with
Shelley Seals and Jason Cruce, who is part of both Contractor
Services and Melton Maintenance. Lisa began her career with Melton
in October 1998 as a Recruiting Associate. Shortly after, she was
promoted to Owner Operator Administrator where she handled the
Owner
Operator/Lease Purchase program. At that time, the program was
still new with about 30 trucks. A year later, Lisa accepted the
challenge of Recruiting Supervisor. In August of 2004, she was
promoted to the Manager of Contractor Services. Back in familiar
territory again with the Lease Program, Lisa is excited about the
changes and continued growth in the program. She is honest and
hardworking and expects nothing less in return. Lisa's goal is to
educate new business owners and help them succeed in the
program.

Shelley Seals joined Melton Truck Lines in August
2003. She started in Contractor Services as the Lease Administrator
and was quickly promoted to Contractor Supervisor. Shelley has been
involved in the industry for over eight years and has driven
over-the-road.
Once a contractor or lease driver is in the program,
it is imperative to continue to support these drivers. To assist
them with maintenance issues, Melton welcomes Jason Cruce. Jason
has been with Melton since February 2004. He started in outside
repair and moved to Contractor Maintenance in August. Previously,
he worked for another trucking
company for three and half years. His dedication and
organization have proven to be an asset to Contractor Services.
