recent graduate needing excpirence

Hi, i just graduated truck driving school and i'm looking for a job. No-one will hire you with out excperince. So how are you to get it if no-one will hire you? Would like to team with someone to get the excperince, if their is anyone out their looking for a team drive.I live in the Marion,Virginia area?
