I am a recent CDL-A grad w/ NT endorsements. I would really like to get work as a flatbed driver. However, how do I get the experience that everyone wants me to have. I want to eventually become an owner operator.

Question after that, what's your background like - legal background - and can you put in long hours and dues to companies looking for the "top notch driver" to make the grade...companies are still hiring, everywhere, but they want to see "more" from their applicants..
