The laws protect the Owner Operator with his/her own athority. Stop waiting up to 90 days to get paid. or, not getting paid at all. Stop letting the crooked Brokers, freight fowarders and shippers call us (STUPID TRUCK DRIVERS) Stop Borrowing and paying interest on MONEY owed to you, the law has always been there and the Brokers and freight fowarders have always knew it, now that you know the law the playing field is leveled and you are in charge.
