drug screen pre employment

need some help. i have been a truck driver for 5 years now. i recently failed a pre enmployment drug screen . and now my dac has this report. i heard from other drivers that . still is possible to get a trucking job. i heard there are manys most of them small trucking companys who does not performance a background dac check. to hire a driver. please is anybody out there can help me find a trucking company where does not require a dac check?. i need help here. sincerely. george.
