My previous employer has informed potential employers that i have and 3, 4, and 5 "preventable accidents" Do i have any chance of ever getting another driving job? (i have had one accident)

I have one actual accident. I started applying to new companies before i actually quit my last company. The ones who i applied to before i quit were given favorable responces. The ones i applied to after i quit were given different answers. One company was given 5, the second was given 3 and the 3rd one was given 4. With all the different numbers of supposed "preventable incidents" you would think someone would question my previous employers responces. But I cant get any of my potential employers to contact other companies i have applied to.

You do have choices in dealing with this type of employer. If a previous employer is not reporting accurate information they are simply breaking the law. There are several avenues you can take to right this injustice, butit will take a liitle effort on your part to see them through.PM me and I can direct you in the direction to correct your problem.
